From time to time a client or partner will request that our firm provide staffing
and administrative oversight in the management of projects.
DAJA has successfully provided these types of services to several of our

human resources, payroll and dispatching.

Challenge: Providing staff and administrative support within the confines of two different stakeholder’s facilities.
DAJA met the challenge of incorporating dispatch employees at the offices of one stakeholder and administrative employees at the offices of another stakeholder. The project encompassed providing Paratransit Management Services.

Result: A very successful operation.
DAJA’s employees worked in unison with the other stakeholders’ employees on a day to day basis, thereby resulting in a seamless operation. The overall appearance was one of a single provider of services when there were actually three companies involved.
